Aloe Vera is again a very hair friendly product. It’s easily available in the market and is good for arresting hair fall. Mango, banana and fruit shakes are healthy nutritious drinks that work wonders for your hair. Cleaning out your colon by using Psyllium husk is another way of ensuring healthy hair. Fiber is essential for the diet and the Psyllium husk works well to gently scrub the inner walls of the colon.

Herbs like senna, cayenne and sagrada aid digestion by activating the intestinal peristaltic waves to push out blocked waste. Consult a naturopath or an herbalist for more information.

Despite using a hair fall shampoo if you still have hair loss then it is important to consult a dermatologist who will be able to help you identify allergies if any. Henna is another natural conditioner which seals the cuticle and repairs the hair shaft and protects from breakage. Henna is safe and it gives a nice tint to the hair. Neutral henna is available if no color is required.
