Vitamin C is another useful vitamin that is extremely effective in keeping away the problem of hair loss. Who doesn’t wish to have smooth silky shining hair? But, unfortunately everybody cannot visit parlors to undergo expensive hair treatments. It is here that Vitamin C comes to play a vital role. The best source of Vitamin C is citrus fruits such as kiwi, pineapple, lemon, orange, strawberry and the likes. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant and helps to keep the scalp healthy and make your hair strong. If you increase your intake of vitamin C, it will also help to retain the natural color of your hair and also prevent it from turning gray at an early age.
