Vitamins that can help slow down the rate of hair loss in women

Our body needs certain vitamins for hair loss prevention. It is evident from the fact that most of hair loss prevention medicines and hair care products are basically comprised of several vitamins. What make them different from each other are their combinations and the amount of each vitamin used in the manufacturing of these products. This vitamin C has certain antioxidant properties that solve the problem of hair loss in women and give shine to the hair. This vitamin C is present in all citrus fruits along with pineapple, potatoes and some other vegetables and fruits. Vitamin E is present in foods such as soybeans, nuts, raw seeds and green leafy vegetables.
