Causes of hair loss in young women differ from person to person. In the case of some young girls, it is the genetic factor that leads to hair loss, while others suffer from this problem due to the imbalance of hormones in their body. Improper diet consisting of fast foods and processed foods do no good to the body and often lead to problems like hair loss. In fact, poor eating habit is considered to be one of the most predominant causes of hair loss in young women.

If the body doesn’t get nutritious food, adequate exercise and sound sleep, problems like hair loss are bound to victimize you and it is on these three above mentioned aspects that young women tend to lag behind badly. Well, we can’t even blame them; because due to paucity of time, they keep battling between their changing roles of life.

When there is deficiency of vitamins in the women’s body; it retards their growth of hair. There are many vitamins that help to maintain the smoothness of hair and keep the scalp healthy such as Vitamin C, E, B12 and B7. Your hair need nutrition and when you fail to provide it, they become dull and weak and start breaking easily. The present day generation girls hardly massage their hair with oil, which is a must for taking care of your hair. So, these are some of the most common causes of hair loss in young women.
